📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing daily menu operations.,Oversee the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to the menu.,Ensure the quality and consistency of food products and services.,Manage and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels.,Participate in food safety and quality assurance programs.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's permit and relevant certifications.
