Crown Bit Sejahtera is looking for a Business Development professional to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about growing our business and making a difference. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to increase market share, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. If you are a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the business development process, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and sales activities.,Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and grow revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for business growth.,Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and progress to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business development goals are aligned with overall company objectives.,Attend and participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.,Develop and implement a plan for onboarding and training new hires to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the business development process, including market research, sales strategies, and relationship building.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.,Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze market trends and competition.
