📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and oversee civil engineering projects, from conceptualization to completion, using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment with technical and client requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Participate in sales activities, including client meetings, proposals, and negotiations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in civil engineering.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record in project management.
• Certification in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM 360 is a plus.
• Experience in sales and client relations, ideally in the construction industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
