📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with table service, ensuring guests have everything they need throughout their dining experience.
• Uphold the restaurant's standards of cleanliness and presentation, maintaining a luxurious ambiance.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
• Promote special events, seasonal menus, and other offerings to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a fine dining establishment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with guests effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
