📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a well-presented store.,Promote products and services to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in training and developing new team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
