Point Urban Jaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Shop Assistant to join our team in Yogyakarta. As a Senior Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Work with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Assist with the organization of in-store events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role.,Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.,Good knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.,Ability to work well in a team and lead by example.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,High school diploma or equivalent.
