📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations and management of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain a motivated and efficient team.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock and cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain food quality and safety standards.,Participate in budgeting and financial planning activities to support the restaurant's financial health.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
