📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the medical supply store, including inventory management and staff supervision.,Ensure the store meets all regulatory and quality standards.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Participate in inventory audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, particularly in the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using inventory management software.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
