📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies to increase customer base and revenue.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on business development initiatives.,Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for potential clients and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze business development metrics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.,Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform business development strategies.,Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns to attract new customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the restaurant or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
