📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working condition.,Stock and manage inventory, including fresh produce, spices, and other kitchen supplies.,Prepare food according to customer orders and ensure all dishes are presented neatly and attractively.,Work efficiently and accurately to meet the restaurant's high standards of food quality and presentation.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.,Stay updated with the latest food trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of the dishes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.
