HR & General Affairs Staff - Bali Based Opportunity

In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, handling everything from employee relations to office management. You'll work closely with our team to ensure a positive and productive work environment, using tools like BambooHR for HR management and Google Workspace for office administration.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws
• Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
• Handle employee relations, including grievances and performance issues
• Organize and manage office events, such as team-building activities and company celebrations
• Maintain office supplies and facilities, ensuring they are well-stocked and functioning properly
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of company newsletters and internal communications
• Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Assist with the organization of company retreats and off-site meetings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and General Affairs roles
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR or similar platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
• Experience in managing office administration tasks is a plus
• Ability to travel to various locations in Bali as needed
