Pacific Rubber is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences for our products. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Samarinda and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new features and products,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions,Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet business goals,Maintain and update design systems and style guides,Create and maintain design documentation, including design specs and user flows,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry best practices,Mentor and support junior designers in the team,Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field,Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio to demonstrate your skills,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar,Experience with user research and usability testing methods,Strong understanding of design principles and best practices,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment,Familiarity with design systems and style guides🛠️ Keahlian
