📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staff management, and patient care.,Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.,Manage the clinic's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and compliance with financial regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, referring doctors, and insurance providers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Lead and mentor the clinic's staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Participate in clinical decision-making and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.,Experience in patient care and clinical operations.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
