BRIO Nusantara is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QC Staff to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality checks on incoming materials and finished products.,Inspect products for defects and discrepancies according to established standards.,Document inspection results and report any quality issues to the relevant team members.,Collaborate with production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.,Maintain and update quality control records and reports.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Adhere to all safety and health regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality control or related role (preferred but not required).,Basic knowledge of quality control principles and standards.,Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with basic quality control software and tools is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
