📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales reporting.
  • Ensure that all sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Train and develop the outlet's staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable about the products and services offered.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized outlet at all times.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the outlet is stocked with the necessary products and that any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Participate in inventory counts and other outlet audits as needed.
  • Attend all required training and meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
