📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.,Work closely with product managers to prioritize features and enhancements.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.,Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the team's sprint planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.,5+ years of experience in mobile development, with a strong background in either iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java).,Experience with modern mobile development frameworks and tools such as React Native, Flutter, or native development tools.,Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, from initial concept to deployment and maintenance.,Experience with cloud services and APIs, such as Firebase, AWS, or Azure.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.,Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
