PT Wibawa Dinamika is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to join our team in Menteng, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and staff performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and a passion for creating a memorable dining experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety by implementing and maintaining food safety protocols.,Train and develop restaurant staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and improve customer service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality food production and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local laws.,Manage and resolve customer complaints and feedback to maintain a positive reputation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or fast-casual setting.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies for restaurants.
