📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of retail sales consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store visits to monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.,Train and mentor retail staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events and special offers.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales software and data analysis tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of the bakso (Indonesian meatballs) industry is a plus.
