📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with business goals.,Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance team skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
