You will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from identifying purchasing needs to negotiating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain purchasing strategies and plans to ensure the company's needs are met efficiently and effectively.,Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.,Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive procurement practices.,Manage the procurement process, including order placement, tracking, and receipt of goods.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.,Participate in inventory management and stock control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong understanding of purchasing processes, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
