📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our menu, food preparation techniques, and customer service standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotions, events, and social media campaigns.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and national food service laws.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.,Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven track record of improving sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
