📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of seller managers to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional service to sellers.,Develop and implement strategies to improve seller performance, engagement, and satisfaction.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and logistics, to drive seller success.,Monitor and analyze seller performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Provide training and development opportunities to sellers to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers to understand their needs and address any issues promptly.,Work closely with the Shopee Seller Center to ensure sellers have access to the resources and support they need to succeed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in seller management or a similar role in the e-commerce industry.,Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive seller success.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
