📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse and its contents.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing warehouse staff and inventory.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
• Ability to travel as required.
