📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage inventory and stock levels using QuickBooks or SAP
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Train and mentor staff to improve their skills and performance
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role
- Proven track record of managing inventory and stock levels
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or SAP is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Previous experience in the beauty or retail industry is a plus
