📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with high quality and consistency.
• Operate coffee and espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized café, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of coffee beans, tea leaves, and other supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and addressing their needs with a smile.
• Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee and tea trends to continuously improve our offerings.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with coffee and espresso machines, grinders, and other related equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for coffee, tea, and creating delicious beverages.
