📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) for commercial and residential buildings.
• Configure and commission BMS hardware and software, including Honeywell Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, and other relevant systems.
• Integrate BMS with other building systems, such as HVAC, lighting, and security, to create a seamless and efficient building automation solution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BMS, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and building owners to understand project requirements and deliver tailored BMS solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to building operators and maintenance staff.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in building automation and IoT solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BMS processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building automation, with a focus on BMS.
• Certifications in BMS systems, such as Honeywell Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, or other relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of building automation protocols, such as BACnet, LonWorks, and Modbus.
• Proficiency in programming languages, such as C++, Python, or Java.
• Experience with IoT platforms and technologies, such as AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or Google Cloud IoT.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
