📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the administration of HR processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Support the recruitment team by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Help maintain and update employee records using SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Assist in the organization of HR events and activities, such as training sessions and team-building exercises.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the creation of reports and analyses to support HR decision-making.
• Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects, such as performance management and compensation reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
