📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.
• Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote special rates and packages.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in luxury hospitality sales.
• Collaborate with the front office and reservations team to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
