📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries.
• Collaborate with the maritime operations team to ensure financial accuracy in shipping and logistics transactions.
• Prepare and submit tax filings and ensure timely payment of taxes.
• Provide financial support to the management team, including budgeting and forecasting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a maritime or logistics environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
